This page is intended for full-throttle, hot-blooded disussion
of educational issues. Let's not kid ourselves, people...these issues
call for just such respsones.

     The professors from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), the on-line
tutors, and all of the individuals who are involved in this project 
welcome such discussion and response. We would prefer that you "back
your story" with evidence -- it could be e-mail correspondence, it 
could be copies of transcripts (only with all participants agreement 
to such postings).
